Our “Super Awesome Package” - $395/month - discounted through 2010! This comprehensive package includes all of our recommended services at a discounted monthly fee. We recommend at least 6 months of service in order to obtain enough marketing data for analysis, and to generate sufficient fans and followers on networking accounts (minimum 3 months). Ala carte services are included below with prices.
1. Free Analysis of Current Online Marketing We are often able to save our clients money. We go over current spending for online marketing or advertising services and evaluate the client’s return on their marketing dollar. A significant number of advertising venues offer very little return. We will go over this with you and explain what is effective.
2. Search Engine Optimization Purpose/Benefit: SEO increases visibility on search engines. Adding appropriate tags and keywords to your site content and code increases Google’s ability to appropriately rank your site when a user searches for your products/services. This is the cornerstone of all optimization work. It is the first priority for an effective online marketing campaign:
- Keyword Rich Title Tags (highest priority in Google’s world)
- Image, Description Tags and other Meta tags
- Text Editing for Key Word Enrichment
- Navigation Optimization
- Local or Regional Targeting
- Editing to include “Call to Action” as needed
- 10% off any website redesign work needed or requested (separate quote is given for this).

3. Rate & Review Listing Exposure Purpose/Benefit: Google & Yelp offer “rate & review” listings and are two important ways to quickly generate increased visibility and credibility. The more good reviews you receive, the more exposure and traffic you can get from Yelp and Google. This is a BIG bang-for-your-buck service. Many of our clients experience solid leads from this service within the first 3 months.
- We create your listings with targeted key words.
- We compose an email that send you to send to your friends, clients and associates.
- The email includes links to your listings and a request to post reviews about your business.
- Additionally, this is very effective if done in exchange with networking associates (you offer to rate and review each other). Call us for more info on this.

4. Outside Link Package Purpose/Benefit: The number of inbound links from other outside websites to your website gets lots of ranking points from Google. We hand pick business & networking directories that offer free links back to your site. We manually enter your targeted key word listing on each site for the best search results. The benefit of this package is two-fold:
- It increases your search engine ranking,
- Additional listings in multiple venues offer your customers more ways to find your website.

5. Social Networking Campaign Set Up & Management Purpose/Benefit: We set up these accounts for business purposes (it’s not the same as personal profiles) with targeted key words, and service/product pages that tell your story.We take the “work” out of “Social Networking”. Many of our clients want a way to be engaged online without having to struggle with the learning curve and time commitment of social networking. We manage your campaign on Facebook & Twitter to gather fans and followers that accumulate over time and includes:
- Facebook: A Business Page properly set up on Facebook enables you to gather a following of loyal fans that are there for the long haul. We create a custom Facebook presence with all the bells & whistles that are competitive and capable of attracting the right fans.
- LinkedIn: Set up of LinkedIn account with targeted key works and information that gets your business more readily found.
- Twitter: We set up your business Twitter account to target the optimum audience for your business so that it attracts the desired followers.

6. Ongoing Phone Support (available 10:00am to 5:00pm, M-F) As a monthly client, we offer a 1/2 hour marketing consultation via phone each month.

- Advice on website redesign or updating needs.
- Advice on articles, press release and video marketing.
- Analysis of current online marketing or offers from web sales pitches.
- Ask us about favorite blogging sites or widgets or other web tech.

Do-It-Yourself Social Networking Consultation We highly recommend that clients who want to manage their own campaigns, schedule 1 to 2 phone consultations with us. We currently manage almost 200 Facebook and Twitter accounts and have considerable experience in what works in these two online worlds. We can provide some valuable guidance to save time and effort and tell you what will bring the best results quickly. After an hour or two with us, you will have a clear understanding of what needs to be done, and what is a waste of time. Cost: $125/hour
Content Marketing - Video, Press Release & Article Distribution Our clients often have content available to them that is underutilized or not even included in their internet marketing strategy. We have researched many venues online where we can distribute your content to bloggers, news publications and social networks. Content Marketing is another way to generate buzz about your company. The cost depends upon the number and frequency of content distributed (recommend 5-15 venues). This type of marketing is both time sensitive and time intensive, and thus the cost is $250/piece of content (ie: video, article, press release) distributed.
- Distribution of articles that you have written to online venues.
- Press Releases to announce new services or expansion online.
- Videos about your business distributed to video sharing site.
- Phone consultation prior to starting with yourself or a staff person for ongoing distribution.
